What is your return policy?

If you would like to make a return or exchange, we will accept an exchange as long as you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Please note that all items must be unwashed and unworn. Items sent back with any stains including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for exchange. Original Shipping charges are not refundable. Accessories and sale items cannot be returned. 

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date, and we would be happy to resolve the issue for you.

Yes, we do!

Where is your company located?

We are located in the state of Texas.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing orders take 1-2 days and delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is sent out with a tracking number if applicable.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay!

Will my card be charged when I order?

All customers are charged at the time of purchase as this is how our website platform functions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
