If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date, and we would be happy to resolve the issue for you. 

If you would like to make a return or exchange, we will accept an exchange as long as you contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Please note that all items must be unwashed and unworn. Items sent back with any stains including makeup and deodorant stains, will not be accepted for exchange/refund. Original Shipping charges are not refundable. Please do not send back items smelling like smoke. Accessories and sale items can not be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be given in a form of store credit such as a gift card or a promo code.
